With the myBrand Flexible Budgets solution, it becomes possible to make flexible choices in your employment benefits. This meets the desire of employees to have control over their own employment conditions. myBrand Flexible Budgets empower employees to customize their own employment benefits. This enables the employee to align part of their compensation with their personal situation and preferences, whether it’s extra vacation hours or less, or spreading out the payment of holiday pay; the employee decides it all!
Through seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, contractual changes, such as changes in employment terms, are immediately reflected in the personal budget. Once the employee makes a change in the utilization of this budget, the results are instantly processed in Employee Central and included in the payroll solution linked to Employee Central. Additionally, the manager has immediate insight into the choices made by the employee.
With myBrand Flexible Budgets you can
