Through seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, contractual changes, such as changes in employment terms, are immediately reflected in the personal budget. Once the employee makes a change in the utilization of this budget, the results are instantly processed in Employee Central and included in the payroll solution linked to Employee Central. Additionally, the manager has immediate insight into the choices made by the employee.
