Boels wanted to replace the current HR & Payroll application as of January 2020, in which all employees could be included in a centralized HR system. The HR application also had to provide localizations and language support for several countries in Europe.
Solution
With the use of different SAP SuccessFactors modules, all employees are brought together in one HR portal. The payroll environment has also been harmonized in collaboration with ADP. The combination of SAP SuccessFactors and ADP greatly simplifies the HRIT landscape and processes. Further efficiency is achieved through various integrations, with SAP SuccessFactors being the System of Record for the other systems within Boels Rental.
